Such questions are not to be asked by facing the past. The past is only the past, however glorious. Only by employing the lessons learned from the years and months that have passed us by can we understand their value.

Simply put, there are 100 years of history that should be studied at Kobayashi Pharmaceutical. There is a huge treasure trove of precious teachings in the years of the past. Drawing something from within is a "privilege" granted only to Kobayashi Pharmaceutical and its many employees with their 100-year history.

Whether this history, common to all Kobayashi employees, is used efficiently and effectively or whether it is discarded as useless has already begun to take hold in earnest in the conscience of each and every employee at Kobayashi Pharmaceutical.
