I want to make Kobayashi Pharmaceutical a company where people can say from the bottom of their hearts, “I am happy at Kobayashi.There is value in my work, and value in my life.”For this reason as well, I want to re-check our basic policies and make them my own.
In addition to achieving the five-year vision, I intend to take the lead of 1,200 Kobayashi Men, firmly maintain the 100 years of tradition at Kobayashi Pharmaceutical, overcome our difficulties, and do my best to achieve prosperity and stability.
A bright future is waiting ahead of us.Whether we take it into our hands or merely sit back with our arms folded is up to us.In the world of business, isn’t this really what Kobayashi Pharmaceutical and being a Kobayashi Man is all about?
