In April 2001, Kobayashi Pharmaceutical
spun off an important business segment, and its wholesale division
was reestablished as Kobasyou Co., Ltd. In this new framework,
Kobasyou is dedicated to total customer satisfaction. At Kobasyou
we say, Your Business is Our Business, the prosperity of our
customers is our joy, and our mission.
Instilled with this spirit from the beginning,
we at Kobasyou believe that "You our customers may wish and
we make it real". We offer our customers and retailers products
and services they were never aware of, and aim to be a wholesaler
that is also a business partner. In the future, Kobasyou will
actively encourage mergers and acquisition, engage in expanding
the product line-up by taking advantage of our scale and broad

| 1947 | Tokyo Kobayashi Daiyakuho, Ltd., the first presence in Tokyo, is established. |
| 1969 | Sales of the commercial division exceed 15 billion yen. |
| May 1980 | Ibaraki Logistics Center completed, and the DSP movement is launched in the Osaka region. |
| October 1980 | Kanto Commercial Division is newly established. |
| August 1986 | kics5000, a POS register, is released. |
| January 1989 | Business rights of the Medical Division (clinical drug wholesale business unit in Tokyo and Kanagawa)are transferred to Touhou Chemical Co., Ltd. |
